With guidance from actor, philosopher, and social activist Will Geer, Bill Myers took his mentor's wise advice to have a base of operations for his endeavors in entertainment.

He subsequently founded Myers Productions as a backdrop for all stage, and media production the day after he turned 20 on Saturday, April 10, 1976.

He licensed the business the day before on his birthday on Friday, April 9th.
