Lost your password? Because your password is encrypted on our
server, we cannot retrieve it for you.
However, you can send an e-mail to Help@MyersProductions.com,
and a temporary password can be
assigned to you. You can then use your temporary password to access
this
link to change your password
back to one that you prefer. If you don't have access to e-mail, call
310-649-3441 for help.
Server Settings
(These are settings to use if you are using
an e-mail client such as Netscape or Outlook Express)
Incoming Server
Server Type: POP
Mail Server in Netscape - POP3 in Outlook Express
Server Name: MyersProductions.com
User Name: yourusernamehere
(always in lowercase)
Port: 110
Outgoing Server (SMTP) Settings
Server Name: MyersProductions.com
Port:
This is normally be left blank in Netscape - 25 in Outlook
Express
User Name:
yourusernamehere (always in lowercase)

If you need more extensive help with your e-mail client, click

Please make sure that you do
not check the box (in Netscape) to "Leave messages
on server". While our mail
server is set up with a generous 20 megs of space for
each account, even 20 megs of space
can be used up quickly. If you are a person
who likes to keep all of your e-mail,
then it's suggested that you simply save your
e-mail onto your hard drive, or
other media such as a CD.
To access your email settings using Microsoft
Internet Mail:
1. From mail, open up the Mail menu in the top toolbar.
2. Click on Options.
3. Click on the Server tab. You should find your email settings
here.
Make sure that the email
server settings are correct.
To access your email settings using Netscape
Mail:
1. From mail, go to Options.
2. Click on Mail and News Preferences.
3. Click on the Servers tab. You should find your email settings
here.
Make sure that the email
server settings are correct.
To access your email settings using Netscape
Messenger:
1. From your Netscape browser, select Edit from the Menu Bar and
choose Preferences.
2. Click on Mail & Groups.
3. Click Mail Server.
4. In the "Mail server user name" box, type your SBC Yahoo! Member
ID.
5. Type the email server settings into the Outgoing and Incoming
mail server fields.
6. Select POP3 .
7. Click the More Options button.
8. Enter 'Local mail directory' (ex. C:\Program Files\Netscape\Users\username\mail).
9. Click OK.
To access your email settings using Outlook
Express:
1. Click on the Tools menu.
2. Click on Accounts.
3. Click on the Mail tab.
4. Click on the Properties button.
5. Click on the Servers tab.
6. Make sure the My Server Requires Authentication box is checked.
7. Click OK.
